Our approach is simple. Through facilitated trainings and/or executive coaching, we work with entry-level staff all the way up to the C-suite to help individuals and teams maximize their own leadership potential. We aid in team building by assessing what is working and what needs attention while also breaking down barriers and building on strengths. We are a women-owned and operated business based in New York. The firm is named after the gray wolf, which symbolizes the essence of leadership. Wolves are brilliant creatures who travel in packs, live in community, and support each other – the essence of what we do. We donate a portion of our proceeds to wildlife and environmental causes.
